Grand Cross events for Padawan Tisto Kingang

It is my privilege to recommend that Tisto receive a Grand Cross for this activity and his contributions as a leader for Odan-Urr. Before he served as Aedile to Sunrider, he served 2 months as Aedile and 6 months as Quaestor. Some of his highlights include the below.

For his House-specific highlights, first he executed a House event called ‘Scorched Earth’, which consisted of a variety of competitions to jumpstart activity. He took stock of his new House, gathered new member feedback through a survey, and tailored an event for his members that would fundamentally change Daleem’s ecosystem. These changes were useful down the line and allowed the Clan to freshen up a key fictional asset. Second, he led the creation of a new fleet for our new house Sunrider, which principally involved working with his clanmates to put together a fleet proposal that the Clan could discuss over and use as a ‘shopping list’. Moreover, he put out a few competitions allowing his members to actively contribute to this fleet proposal, affecting both ships and land troops. This fictionally setup Sunrider for the fictional missions it would receive. Third, he provided critical feedback to the Clan during the multi-month effort to transition from two Houses to one. His input helped shape what Sunrider would eventually come to be and the critique was very much appreciated. These are only the highlights but for all your efforts to help the Houses, your clan thanks you and appreciates your time.

I also wanted to call out a few ways he helped the Clan that weren’t strictly part of his job duties but appreciated all the same. First, he provided great feedback on our then newly formed coalitions, especially on certain factions like the Knights of Urr. This helped improve our coalition descriptions before we officially rolled it out. Second, he created two new telegram icons for Odan-Urr, one for summit and one for sunrider. These helped bring our new House together and brought our main clan channel a splash of color. These were well received by our members and made our channels look really nice. Third, he volunteered to help track our teams for the Great Jedi War, kicking things with an excel sheet that he would check on throughout the war. This was done for the full clan and was a great help. Again, these are highlights but I wanted to thank you for your service, whether it was creating something new or helping us change things.

Thank you for your service and dedication to Odan-Urr. You volunteered to serve when Odan-Urr really needed people willing to help pitch in. I’ll always remember that. Thank you my friend.

Tisto, my friend, my clanmate, my former BTL, and constant PimA,

As one of the first awards I am tasked with sending out is your request for 4 Grand Crosses. This is such a Tisto thing to do, I can't be mad, and all kidding aside, you earned and deserve all the awards in the recommendation, no matter the form they get paid out in.

As for the straight numbers, you have organized or co-organized a total of 3 competitions and participated in another 77 as well. You also completed 1 SA course in the process, got 2 society rank-ups, and completed 1 RP session.

Earning yourself - 228 Clusters of Fire, 2 Clusters of Ice, 26 Clusters of Graphite, and 29 Crescents of various colors of the rainbow.

You are an amazing member and friend. So it's my pleasure to congratulate you on your haul of not 1, or 2, or 3, but 4 Grand Crosses!
