Selen Arcona Citadel Cantina

The Citadel Cantina is located on the second level of the Arcona Citadel. The bar itself is small on the surface, but possess an expansive selection thanks to a clever servos-operated storage system built into the underside of the bar. A bartender only need punch in what drink they require (other than the typical stock) and within a minute the bottle is distributed transparisteel display panels. Relaxed, soothing music plays over the speakers, and a big-screen display terminal with access to the holonet sits across from a series of comfortable lounge chairs and stools.

Selen Arcona Citadel Cantina

The Cantina is full-service and is manned by a gruff, one-eyed Rodian named Mick. Mick is a grumpy, former sergeant who served in the Arcona Armed Forces years and years ago. He goes about his business with a series of grunts, gestures, and monosyllabic dialogue. Though a man of few words, he is a genius of alcoholic beverages and mixology. Mick has a very strict rule about no fighting or brawling within the Cantina. The mess hall, on the other hand, is a different story.

The Cantina opens up into a dedicated mess-hall that can hold up to a hundred sentients before it starts to feel claustrophobic. Open at all hours, the mess-hall has been sanctioned as an acceptable area for members to settle aggressions and other frustrations. The tables are all firmly bolted into the halls floor to avoid being thrown over, and are crafted out of durable material that has held it’s own throughout the years. At the far end of the mess-hall there is a pair of double-doors that lead to the kitchen and storage area. The mess-hall is maintained by a full staff of droids, and occasionally a new recruit who has earned the ire of the Rollmaster. And sometimes even the Rollmaster himself, depending on the Shadow Lady's mood.

The cantina was busy, she hated that. Nath had decided to come late to avoid the crowds but that had not gone down all that well. Turned out the place had a happy hour, she didn't even know the cantina had one to begin with.

It was an odd feeling being one of many, the crowd moved as one, like a single being, homogeneous almost but like all things there were deviants. People shouted over one another to be heard, stray limbs caught others in passing to join their collectives as others departed.

Finally glass in hand, the Iridonian took a large gulp of burning elixir, ensuring she quadrupled up to not have to battle her way back to get more. The acrid tang was balm to her fraying nerves, the tremors eased in her weary limbs and a glassy calm descended upon her psyche, everything just felt that little bit better now.

It wasn't to last though, as she began to walk away some drunken idiot almost ran into the Krath with such force the whole contents of her glass pitched over, somehow she managed to keep a hold of the drinking vessel in the tips of her fingers. The Iridonian couldn't control her reaction, her vision hazed over with red hot fury as her arm swung around smashing the glass into the face of the Human, she was angry she didn't even pause to look at his face. The impact caused the male to crumple, her boot kicked savagely uncaring of the damage she could cause.

Pain lanced through her palm and fingers as blood slowly began to flow from the small but deep cuts, no doubt she'd be picking glass out of them in a few hours but at present all that mattered was making the male beneath her boot suffer.

A clawed palm landed on her shoulder, dimly she heard a gravelled voice call her name, had the Iridonian been calmer perhaps she would have recognised her long Knighted Apprentice’s presence but at that instant her sole focus was crushing the ribcage of the man she had knocked into unconsciousness.

When the grip became more persistent the rage that had exploded so forcefully in her mind turned its wicked attentions to the presence of the one forcefully removing her from her prey. Without hesitation a boney elbow swung back striking at the abdomen of whoever dared to obstruct her.

The palm slackened enough to wrench free, the Krath going back for the Human yet again. She didn't hear the furious snarl emanating from the Kaleesh. Oblivious to him, and the crowd that had encircled the pair to watch the ensuing fight that would occur.

Skar charged forward towards the Iridonian, fueled by pain and alcohol himself. Bodily he lifted his Master and threw her into the cantina’s tables and chairs which moments ago were fully occupied.

With a crash she landed in a pile on the hard flooring, dazed for a few seconds before collecting herself enough to stand once again. This time her sole focus on Skar as her badly controlled temper escalated even further.

A smirk pulled at her lip, whatever happened next she knew it would be a good night, regardless of how it ended.

Rrogon looked down at his master as she regained her footing. He had not expected to find her here of all places, much less engaging in a bar brawl is one could call it that, but then again this was his master after all, unpredictability was one of her strong suits.

Rolling his head side to side, he could feel the muscles loosen in anticipation for the fight ahead and he knew this would drag out. Nath was his first real combat training in the brotherhood and that had cost him half of his ear at the time. But that was years ago, the Kaleesh had grown in both body and mind since then, and this time there was nothing holding them back.

From behind the Kaleesh the familiar sound of a scatter gun being loaded could be heard and Skar knew the mick was getting ready to stop this fight before more of his bar got destroyed. Rrogon knew he would need to move this into the mess hall before he got really upset at the two dark Jedi.

Slowly he moved around the bar so his back was to the open door of the mess hall, his eyes never leaving his master as she stalked towards him with rage burning in her black eyes. A low rumble emanated from his chest in a way of a challenge the Iridonian would know all too well from their training sessions.

Charging forward, the rage filled drunk Zabrack barreled right into her student only to meet thin air as the illusion dissipated around her while her forward momentum sent her stumbling to the floor in the next room. The woman looked around for the Kaleesh, but heavy footfall behind her told her all she needed to know and her small form rolled out of the way of the combat boot that came crashing down where she had been a second before.

Rolling to her feet, the Krath glared at her student who met her gaze with one of equal anger and fury. Charging once more, the Zabrak arms flashed out and tried to wrap around the thick muscle bound arms of the Kaleesh as she attempted to reach his neck to get him into a strangle hold.

However, the Templar was too quick on his feet and stepped back just in time to raise his foot and planted it in the center of her chest with a resounding crack and sent her flying back into the many tables that occupied the mess hall.

Blackness filled her vision as she struggled to regain her footing once more. Nath stumbled and fell onto her hands and knees as blood began to fill her mouth. Spitting a glob of black blood onto the floor, she glared up at the Kaleesh who was coming toward her once more his eyes glowing red in the dimmer light of the room.

Rrogon could feel the rage pounding in his head as he drew closer to his master on the floor. Flexing his right hand witch began to spark as Force lightning began to build in his palm. The Kaleesh lashed out with a bellow and sent the full torrent of lighting screaming towards his master.
