Medos is lean and lanky, with pale golden-brown skin. Dark metal implants hold opaque black lenses fitted to his eyesockets, covering his lack of eyes. His waves of messy blue-violet hair, stemming from a Zabrak father, mostly hide the small white horns around the crown of his head; however, the angular tattoos that form a mask on his temples and cheekbones and extend up from his chin are a more obvious sign of his mixed heritage. Old burn scars climb the left side of his throat and jaw, causing his voice to generally be a strained, gravelly rasp.
Medos Amarok does not charge a high price because he has to pay for a life of luxury; he charges a high price because he knows that he is the best in the game and worth the credits. Those who do not know Medos Amarok will feel he is gouging them, but those who have seen him in action know that he always delivers. This bravado follows Medos Amarok around and builds on the success of completed jobs and can be off-putting to other Mercenaries that will try and lash back by pointing out his failures.
Medos Amarok has a legendary and virulent need for vengeance. Once crossed, he will make it his life’s work to ensure that whatever slight was received is repaid tenfold. This need for vengeance can be all-consuming, and can often lead to short-sighted decisions.
Killing has never been a problem for Medos Amarok; and he kind of enjoys it now, if he is honest. Killing's what Medos Amarok does, and he likes what he does.
Despite an aversion for physical confrontation, Medos Amarok has a quick-witted and sharp sense of humour, and never passes up the opportunity to make a quip or jibe about his situation, or to taunt his enemies. While some find Medos Amarok to be funny and likeable, others do not always respond so warmly, and occasionally Medos Amarok will get himself into more trouble than he thought when someone takes a joke the wrong way.
Medos Amarok wears out his opponents through use of the Force, agility, and evasion. Once he has sufficiently tired his foes through the Force, physical, or mental assault, he quickly tries to find a means of cleanly and swiftly dispatching them - usually resulting in a somewhat risky all-or-nothing attempt at a deathblow.
Medos Amarok possesses a single minded drive for victory, and a deep-seated martyr complex. When presented with a chance to wade into battle versus overwhelming odds, Medos Amarok does not hesitate, and instead rushes in, relying on skill, fate or chance to let him survive.
