Having been born inside a star-ship as opposed to planet-side, Rosh Athan has never had a particular world to call his home. He grew up in an environment that requires being of use in order to survive, and without the borders that breed patriotism. The allegiances of the galaxy mean little to him, only the strength of individual merit. He is most at peace when in space, and will take on any contract or mission that enables him to remain firmly seated in a cockpit.

This utter lack of affiliation often results in what can be construed as insubordination and disloyalty, putting him at odds with those that value such things.

Rosh Athan does not charge a high price because he has to pay for a life of luxury; he charges a high price because he knows that he is the best in the game and worth the credits. Those who do not know Rosh Athan will feel he is gouging them, but those who have seen him in action know that he always delivers. This bravado follows Rosh Athan around and builds on the success of completed jobs and can be off-putting to other Mercenaries that will try and lash back by pointing out his failures.

Rosh Athan doesn't like to work in groups or teams and feels most comfortable on his own. Rosh Athan sticks to himself, sets his own pace, and doesn't share feelings or emotions with others. While the Lone Wolf can get things done quietly and efficiently, he tends to be emotionally cut off and has problems relating to his comrades.

Rosh Athan has a tendency to be secretive and keeps to himself, relying on deception to conceal his motives and intentions. He is a schemer, and plots and plans against others carefully. When dealing with a confrontation, he will try and bluff his way out of trouble, or overcome obstacles with deliberate, covert actions.

Through careful study and dedication to isolated martial-combat, Rosh Athan has turned the act of dueling into an art form. A keen eye and attention to detail allows him the ability to learn their opponent's idiosyncrasies while fighting. Rosh Athan then uses his own skills to capitalize on the opponent's weakness. Because of this calculated approach to isolated duels, Rosh Athan has a harder time taking on multiple opponents at once at higher skill levels.

Rosh Athan is utterly devoted to success in combat, no matter the mission, no matter the cost. He has spent his life building himself in the image of war, utilizing a dogmatic regimen that has lead him to a single-minded obsession with military success and requires intense physical and mental training. This training, however, has come at the cost of anything resembling empathy or concern for others - even his superiors and subordinates.
