While Dolaas Nylo will see a job through to its conclusion and put forward her best effort, it’s still just a job. Dolaas Nylo's true loyalties lie to her friends, and through thick and thin,she will stand by them and die for them if needed. This loyalty is reserved for those who have earned Dolaas Nylo's trust, putting her at odds with other Mercenaries that are only doing a job for the money. This also makes it harder for employers to trust her motives, often times creating extra competition and difficulty finding work. None of it matters to Dolaas Nylo, though, because loyalty to her friends is not something credits can buy.

When Dolaas Nylo does things, she makes sure everything is done correctly, no matter how long it takes. This means there are frequent delays in Dolaas Nylo's work, but it's usually done right, at least.

Dolaas Nylo is devoutly loyal to her House or Clan and will follow orders unquestionably. She would sacrifice her own life to protect her House or Clan from harm. This attitude, however, often clouds her ability to see things from an arbitrary or objective point of view and she can come off as extremely narrow-minded.

Dolaas Nylo has a military background, and draws upon her experience to tackle the obstacles in her life. This makes her decisive, efficient, and fearless; provides her with a strong sense of duty and strength; which tends to influence her ability to fight and lead. However, a rigid mind is less compassionate towards individuals and less imaginative, and Dolaas Nylo sometimes risks appearing callous, relatable, or incapable of compromising.

Born with an intractable will and limitless courage, Dolaas Nylo will stand in the face of insurmountable odds and never retreat. Despite the fact that such acts of heedless bravery are inspiring and will sometimes result in victories worthy of song, just as often they result in her allies getting wounded or killed.

Dolaas Nylo is utterly devoted to success in combat, no matter the mission, no matter the cost. She has spent her life building herself in the image of war, utilizing a dogmatic regimen that has lead her to a single-minded obsession with military success and requires intense physical and mental training. This training, however, has come at the cost of anything resembling empathy or concern for others - even her superiors and subordinates.
