If it has an electronic circuit or gears,Elena Kol thinks she can fix it; everything from holopads to starships. To Elena Kol, even the most random assortment of scraps from a junkyard can be used to create something useful. she has a knack for fixing things that are broken, and her confidence in this ability borders on arrogance, and if she fails to fix something, she is prone to fits of anger and annoyance.

Having been born inside a star-ship as opposed to planet-side, Elena Kol has never had a particular world to call her home. She grew up in an environment that requires being of use in order to survive, and without the borders that breed patriotism. The allegiances of the galaxy mean little to her, only the strength of individual merit. She is most at peace when in space, and will take on any contract or mission that enables her to remain firmly seated in a cockpit.

This utter lack of affiliation often results in what can be construed as insubordination and disloyalty, putting her at odds with those that value such things.

Elena Kol is devoutly loyal to her House or Clan and will follow orders unquestionably. She would sacrifice her own life to protect her House or Clan from harm. This attitude, however, often clouds her ability to see things from an arbitrary or objective point of view and she can come off as extremely narrow-minded.

Elena Kol considers her work to be the most important aspect of her life. This borderline obsessions with the "job" leaves little room for any kind of personal or social life, making it difficult for Elena Kol to relax and enjoy spending time with others. she excels in activities that relate to their work, but the idea of work-life balance is an altogether abstract concept.

Without the gift of the Force, Elena Kol has trained rigorously with a wide range of melee weaponry and technology to better handle opponents that are able to harness the mythical power. Elena Kol has been conditioned to fight against foes that are Force-sensitive and are able to compensate against fighting an adversary wielding something as deadly as a lightsaber. While this adaptive combat training makes her lethal in close quarters combat against any kind of threat, they are still at the mercy of a long ranged fighter, assailant or Force user that prefers to attack the mind instead of the body.

Even the most gifted of weapon masters understands the importance of physical fitness and disciplining the body with through martial arts training. Elena Kol has trained vigorously in unarmed combat by fusing Teräs Käsi and Echani with other unconventional forms. While this martial focus helps bolster her prowess in close-quarters combat, Elena Kol is still limited in scope when facing down a less direct or ranged threat.
