Mandeo often uses his charisma, manipulation and using it to achieve any goal in his mind. He covers this darkness by being loyal and kind, but underneath this facade lies a ruthless monster who is willing to move any threat out of his way. His level of cruelty seen as non-human due to various actions over his young life. This personality often appears in critical missions causing friction among his clan members. On missions this appears and a unforeseen sadistic side of Mandeo appears.

Mandeo is sly, and deceiving as he appears to help the Brotherhood though only caring for the well-being of his clan. As he often manipulates those around him and he uses this to his advantage. As a younger member of the Dark Brotherhood, This aspect causes distrust among his comrades and allies.

Mandeo having been born into a world of lies and deception, inherited these traits becoming what he despised unknowingly in the process, but also losing his royal morals due to the conflict-loving Jedi and the evil tyranny of the Sith. Mandeo has chosen the Dark side but nonetheless he uses the Jedi teachings believing it would be a waste of power, incorporating it in his combat or just the mental teachings. His mixed personality of wise and deception is sure to draw conflict in the near future. Although he does have a high sense of justice due to his upraising as a heir to a aristocratic family on Kuat.

Mandeo Pyxis possesses a cold and completely uncaring demeanour. This will manifest itself in the fact that when push comes to shove, Mandeo Pyxis will just as soon leave a struggling ally behind rather than put themselves in danger. While this may ensure his survival, it often leaves him as an outcast amongst his peers.

Where most err on the side of caution in a confrontation, Mandeo Pyxis prefers to charge in head-first. While others may skirt a battlefield or keep their careful distance, Mandeo Pyxis rushes in with devastating attacks with seemingly no regard for safety, relying upon instinct and possibly armor to protect him from dismemberment and death during his all-out attacks. Mandeo Pyxis is a force to be feared on the battlefield, leaving a trail of death and destruction. However, Mandeo Pyxis's blood-hungry ways put him in far more danger than the normal combatant, often resulting in needless injury and suffering, trading safety for pure offensive ability.

Mandeo Pyxis is utterly devoted to success in combat, no matter the mission, no matter the cost. He has spent his life building himself in the image of war, utilizing a dogmatic regimen that has lead him to a single-minded obsession with military success and requires intense physical and mental training. This training, however, has come at the cost of anything resembling empathy or concern for others - even his superiors and subordinates.
