Hep Arapto will never go into any situation head-on. Whether it be combat or just strolling down the street, he will stick to the shadows or cloak himself in the Force. The less he is seen, the better. If he cannot sneak up on someone, then Hep Arapto will not bother confronting them.

Hep Arapto is a master of fitting in and impersonation. There is scarcely a planet in the galaxy where he can't manage to find a way to fit in, be it throwing together a convincing imitation of local guard or pretending to be a regular local. Hep Arapto is so good at such that he may have seemingly lost all sense of personal style and flair, leaving him as always simply the imitator.

Killing has never been a problem for Hep Arapto; and he kind of enjoys it now, if he is honest. Killing's what Hep Arapto does, and he likes what he does.

Hep Arapto has a legendary and virulent need for vengeance. Once crossed, he will make it his life’s work to ensure that whatever slight was received is repaid tenfold. This need for vengeance can be all-consuming, and can often lead to short-sighted decisions.

Hep Arapto vastly prefers ranged combat, taking every opportunity to use skills and Force Powers to disengage from melee and instead fight at range, so much so that he has become competent at staying out of melee in the first place.

Hep Arapto may wear a lightsaber at his waist, but he always goes for his trusty blaster instead, preferring to shoot it out from range rather than trying to get in up-close and personal. Only as a last resort will he go for his lightsaber.
