TheBlackxRanger does not charge a high price because he has to pay for a life of luxury; he charges a high price because he knows that he is the best in the game and worth the credits. Those who do not know TheBlackxRanger will feel he is gouging them, but those who have seen him in action know that he always delivers. This bravado follows TheBlackxRanger around and builds on the success of completed jobs and can be off-putting to other Mercenaries that will try and lash back by pointing out his failures.

Be it during a fight or life in general, moral compass means little to TheBlackxRanger. If you don’t want a person harmed, you had better specify. General terms mean nothing to him as TheBlackxRanger only deals in specifics. If the rules of a duel say you can’t shoot before the count of three? A grenade over the shoulder is fair game, then. Tell TheBlackxRanger to stop someone at all costs, well, you better not be concerned if they’re brought back dead or alive.

TheBlackxRanger prefers to push the rules to the absolute limit. While he is unlikely to actually break rules or disobey orders, he toes the line between what is allowed and what isn't at every opportunity.

Despite an aversion for physical confrontation, TheBlackxRanger has a quick-witted and sharp sense of humour, and never passes up the opportunity to make a quip or jibe about his situation, or to taunt his enemies. While some find TheBlackxRanger to be funny and likeable, others do not always respond so warmly, and occasionally TheBlackxRanger will get himself into more trouble than he thought when someone takes a joke the wrong way.

TheBlackxRanger vastly prefers ranged combat, taking every opportunity to use skills and Force Powers to disengage from melee and instead fight at range, so much so that he has become competent at staying out of melee in the first place.

TheBlackxRanger may wear a lightsaber at his waist, but he always goes for his trusty blaster instead, preferring to shoot it out from range rather than trying to get in up-close and personal. Only as a last resort will he go for his lightsaber.
