Atashi is pale skinned, with light blue eyes. She has her white / ashen hair cut into an asymmetrical bob and usually has a single plait woven into the longer side, bound with black or brown leather. She's been labelled "curvy" to offset her short stature. She doesn't have any battle scars or other distingushing marks.
Every legendary story seems to have at least one charming and optimistic character. If that's the case, then it only makes sense that Atashi Rain has decided to be that person. After all, if everyone is too busy whining and groaning about the negatives, how will anyone ever reach the positive? True, Atashi Rain's constant belief that things will get better can be terribly grating, especially to pessimists or those just level-headed enough to realize when things truly are going downhill, but Atashi Rain's constant positive outlook can serve to sometimes spur others to action when it feels like the world just wants them to lay down and die.
Atashi Rain loves to play with computers and enjoys interacting with them more than she does with people. Some may call her antisocial - and they'd be right.
Atashi Rain has a tendency to get addicted to things, even if those things aren't addictive.
Atashi Rain is very cheerful and happy, and always looks on the bright side of life. When chewing on life’s gristle, she doesn't grumble, but gives a whistle. She always hopes for the best, and enjoys laughing, smiling, dancing or singing. This unending optimism often improves the morale and spirit of everyone around her, and Atashi Rain is always quick with a smile or a joke, even when drawing her terminal breath. This same exuberance can also be tiring to more jaded curmudgeons.
Atashi Rain works hard to maintain an image of fierce tenacity despite being of a smaller stature. To that extent, Atashi Rain has learned to not take jabs about her stature offensively, but to instead burn them quietly as fuel for her inner spirit. The flame that is sparked as a result is controlled by Atashi Rain's discipline of never overestimating her own abilities or those of her opponents. She has trained to fully utilize her size as an advantage when fighting larger opponents. She knows exactly how to leverage her weight to deliver the most effective take downs or maneuvers. The effort to maintain this image can be draining at times, and when outmatched or overwhelmed, Atashi Rain becomes susceptible to a loss of spirit.
Atashi Rain vastly prefers ranged combat, taking every opportunity to use skills and Force Powers to disengage from melee and instead fight at range, so much so that she has become competent at staying out of melee in the first place.
