Agen Thaer doesn't like to work in groups or teams and feels most comfortable on his own. Agen Thaer sticks to himself, sets his own pace, and doesn't share feelings or emotions with others. While the Lone Wolf can get things done quietly and efficiently, he tends to be emotionally cut off and has problems relating to his comrades.

When Agen Thaer does things, he makes sure everything is done correctly, no matter how long it takes. This means there are frequent delays in Agen Thaer's work, but it's usually done right, at least.

Agen Thaer is extremely cocksure and headstrong. Possessing a keen wit and exceptional level of intelligence, Agen Thaer will often use his superior intellect to humiliate lesser minds. Basically, he is kind of a jerk, and that can sometimes get Agen Thaer in a bit of trouble.

Agen Thaer possesses a cold and completely uncaring demeanour. This will manifest itself in the fact that when push comes to shove, Agen Thaer will just as soon leave a struggling ally behind rather than put themselves in danger. While this may ensure his survival, it often leaves him as an outcast amongst his peers.

Agen Thaer wears out his opponents through use of the Force, agility, and evasion. Once he has sufficiently tired his foes through the Force, physical, or mental assault, he quickly tries to find a means of cleanly and swiftly dispatching them - usually resulting in a somewhat risky all-or-nothing attempt at a deathblow.

Agen Thaer doesn't like to kill people; instead he chooses to injure his opponent until that person is unable to fight back or is otherwise incapacitated.
