Exodius has a legendary and virulent need for vengeance. Once crossed, he will make it his life’s work to ensure that whatever slight was received is repaid tenfold. This need for vengeance can be all-consuming, and can often lead to short-sighted decisions.
Through a combination of preparing, studying, and analyzing, Exodius creates detailed battle plans and tries to think two steps ahead of the enemy. At times, however, this can lead to Exodius creating complicated schemes that can baffle less intelligent subordinates.
While generally laid back and more than happy to offer a quip of sarcasm, Exodius's entire demeanor changes once combat begins. He becomes focused and quiet, with his smile replaced with a look of grim determination.
Killing has never been a problem for Exodius; and he kind of enjoys it now, if he is honest. Killing's what Exodius does, and he likes what he does.
Where most err on the side of caution in a confrontation, Exodius prefers to charge in head-first. While others may skirt a battlefield or keep their careful distance, Exodius rushes in with devastating attacks with seemingly no regard for safety, relying upon instinct and possibly armor to protect him from dismemberment and death during his all-out attacks. Exodius is a force to be feared on the battlefield, leaving a trail of death and destruction. However, Exodius's blood-hungry ways put him in far more danger than the normal combatant, often resulting in needless injury and suffering, trading safety for pure offensive ability.
Exodius is utterly devoted to success in combat, no matter the mission, no matter the cost. He has spent his life building himself in the image of war, utilizing a dogmatic regimen that has lead him to a single-minded obsession with military success and requires intense physical and mental training. This training, however, has come at the cost of anything resembling empathy or concern for others - even his superiors and subordinates.
