Cerys is a petite female with light brown skin and a slim athletic figure. Her hair is black and reaches down her back, though she wears this loosely braided over one shoulder. As of all of her species she has dark empty eye sockets, which she covers with opaque black glasses.
If it has an electronic circuit or gears,Cerys Dagen thinks she can fix it; everything from holopads to starships. To Cerys Dagen, even the most random assortment of scraps from a junkyard can be used to create something useful. she has a knack for fixing things that are broken, and her confidence in this ability borders on arrogance, and if she fails to fix something, she is prone to fits of anger and annoyance.
When Cerys Dagen does things, she makes sure everything is done correctly, no matter how long it takes. This means there are frequent delays in Cerys Dagen's work, but it's usually done right, at least.
Cerys Dagen is a lateral thinker, and when she encounters problems or dilemmas, she is very good at improvising and coming up with alternative solutions. This allows Cerys Dagen to find ways out of situations others might give up on. While these solutions are often not so obvious to others, Cerys Dagen can typically explain and lead others through her plan...as long as they are patient and willing enough to trust her outside thinking.
While generally laid back and more than happy to offer a quip of sarcasm, Cerys Dagen's entire demeanor changes once combat begins. She becomes focused and quiet, with her smile replaced with a look of grim determination.
Cerys Dagen's passion for technology extends beyond his talent with Slicing. She truly believes that wars can be won with technology, not soldiers, and will always try to avoid direct combat if she can afford it. Instead, she prefers to deploy clever traps with Explosives, or turn technology against others as a weapon. Cerys Dagen would rather overload a circuit breaker to shock a guard into submission than to test his luck with his hands or a blaster. If removed from technology or her gadgets, however, Cerys Dagen can easily be overwhelmed. Fortunately, she has no qualms with throwing a smoke grenade down and running for dear life.
Cerys Dagen works hard to maintain an image of fierce tenacity despite being of a smaller stature. To that extent, Cerys Dagen has learned to not take jabs about her stature offensively, but to instead burn them quietly as fuel for her inner spirit. The flame that is sparked as a result is controlled by Cerys Dagen's discipline of never overestimating her own abilities or those of her opponents. She has trained to fully utilize her size as an advantage when fighting larger opponents. She knows exactly how to leverage her weight to deliver the most effective take downs or maneuvers. The effort to maintain this image can be draining at times, and when outmatched or overwhelmed, Cerys Dagen becomes susceptible to a loss of spirit.
