Managarmis doesn't like to work in groups or teams and feels most comfortable on his own. Managarmis sticks to himself, sets his own pace, and doesn't share feelings or emotions with others. While the Lone Wolf can get things done quietly and efficiently, he tends to be emotionally cut off and has problems relating to his comrades.

Managarmis grew up never knowing his family. He was sold into slavery very young, and was put to work almost immediately. However, due to his age, Managarmis bounced from owner to owner until he became a teenager. Having to endure horrible treatment during this time in his life, Managarmis has lingering trust issues while carrying an absolute hatred toward slavers. If confronted with acts of slavery, he will most likely lash out in some way, regardless of it compromises his objective.

While generally laid back and more than happy to offer a quip of sarcasm, Managarmis's entire demeanor changes once combat begins. He becomes focused and quiet, with his smile replaced with a look of grim determination.

Despite his line of work, Managarmis still sees himself as a refined gentleman and will often put on a show of being haughty and arrogant to those he does not know. Managarmis only lets the mask slip to show his more laid back nature to those he trusts. To those he dislikes, he will actually become even more insufferable as taunts and quips without any regard for who or what he might be offending.
