Renora is on the higher end of average height for a Human. Her eyes are a pale jade, seeming almost frosted over at the edges of her pupils thanks to the color variances within her irises. Those eyes are set in a sharp, pale-skinned face featuring prominent cheekbones and thin lips. She has an angular jaw, adding to the rigidity of her features only further accentuated by the signs of aging tugging at her eyes and lips. Her tightly kept, raven-black hair runs to her shoulders at the front, with her bangs pulled to the sides, and is pulled into a tight bun at the back.
Her muscled, athletic build betrays almost no age marks, keeping even proportions that are just shy of curvy. Her fair skin is nearly unblemished, marred only by the scars that criss-cross her torso and arms. Her makeup is all but non-existent, relying only on black eye-liner across her upper eyelids and a pale blush upon her lips. Her stance is fully at attention with her back completely straight and she possesses an Imperial accent, her speech clipped and carefully enunciated.
Renora has the definition of a rigid moral compass, and it's a focus she maintains in all her dealings. She believes in helping others. That every sentient deserves freedom of choice. Even if they so often—and disappointingly—make the wrong choice. But she knows that it doesn't matter what she believes. What is "right" will always be decided by the victor. She has vowed to be that victor. This drive makes her a disruptive presence, though not outright pushing her views upon others. No, she merely holds all to her expectations. Should they do wrong, Renora will put them in their place...unless they can put her down first. While not exactly a paragon of virtue herself, Renora's morals fall into the lighter spectrum, seeking to do "good" in the galaxy. Too bad her "vinegar" personality causes more conflicts than it prevents.
Renora doesn't know the meaning of a home anymore. The very concept of putting down roots has become a mere flight of fancy. It is a luxury she lost all claim to. With that in mind, it has become a habit for Renora to always have one foot out the door. It is easy to tell that she has an exit strategy almost the second she arrives at a new location. She never lets herself get comfortable or complacent. She is always practicing and prepping her most important gear. If she catches even the faintest whisper of a threat, she is gone as quickly as she arrived, without leaving so much as a trace. As if there was anything to leave behind to begin with. Her dwellings are as barren as they were when she first stepped within. This lack of connections merely perpetuals her loneliness.
Renora presents as a jaded veteran, possessing more than her fair share of scars. She is cold and short with others, never really sharing more than the bare minimum of who she is even if having a full conversation. She's hesitant in her interactions, because she's never alone in her thoughts. Her memories sit on the edge of her psyche at all times and sometimes slip into the forefront of her thoughts. Whenever this happens, she seems to disconnect entirely from the world around her and become lost in her own mind. Best characterized as a distant stare, she'll close down entirely and without warning. When coming back to herself, Renora appears disoriented at first as she steadies her thoughts, sometimes violently. This unpredictable state can lead to a dangerous level of inattentiveness, especially if it hits at the most inopportune of times.
Renora is the type of person who firmly believes in her own self-defined righteousness and will uphold it at all costs. This often defines her interactions. She won't hesitate to step in on another's behalf if she believes them to be unable to do so themselves. She'll always seek to repay any favor she receives. But, most importantly, she will never lie, speaking the truth even if it's hard to face. Even if it hurts. This is perhaps her most difficult flaw, as her "loose lips" won't hesitate to state information shared in confidence if she feels it will prove a point, or wield it like a knife against the very person who reached out to her if Renora thinks they'll be "better off" for it.
For Renora, combat is a routine and she treats it as such. She takes a calm and surgical approach, seeking to expend the bare minimum of effort for maximum reward. As she becomes focused, Renora resolves herself to be cold and efficient. A complete force of nature as she empties her mind of anything that doesn't help her complete the immediate task at hand. She plies her trade like she's merely moving through a training range, upholding the military precision that was hammered into her from a young age. But this complete tunnel vision level of focus provides as much risk as it does efficiency. When used to being a one-woman army, it's difficult to tell friend from foe.
Renora would rather not engage an opponent without first having the proper intel. Knowledge of what to expect from any situation is as important as the gun in her hand. What's the building's schematics? The number of potential combatants? Chance of reinforcement and how long before they arrive on scene? What sort of behavior might she expect from the target? These are all the questions running through Renora's mind when she doesn't readily have the answers. Without them, she holds back and tries to rely on recon and situational awareness to develop—or settle on—the optimal tactic. However, this is a form of hesitation. This hesitancy can cost her the initiative, which can mean everything in a battle. Especially when trying to save lives.
