Vardon Breysk has the will to live, no matter what. Having already experienced a bodily death once, they are wholly dedicated to avoiding that fate again. They will leverage every ounce of their abilities, every last resource, in pursuit of remaining alive. This means that Vardon has gone to extensive lengths to ensure their personal safety, and that few decisions are ever made without regard to this overriding concern. While not a timid person by nature, this paranoia can at times paralyze Breysk from taking action out of concern for leaving themselves vulnerable. No one and nothing means more to Vardon than his own safety and he can, and will, throw others into the path of danger to avoid harm coming to him.

Vardon Breysk is a man who likes to know things, and he uses that knowledge to ensure that everything works smoothly around him. He is highly intelligent and highly competent and uses his skills to acquire foreknowledge that will aid him in the pursuit of his goals. This often manifests itself when Vardon produces knowledge that they should not know, and leaves others baffled by how he knows it. He leverages his knowledge to control others and the structures around him, often without being seen or heard in the process. Vardon does not like to enter situations where they are not in control, and where they cannot gain control so he will let opportunities pass if the conditions are not right or he does not feel confident that he will come out ahead.

Vardon Breysk possesses a cold and completely uncaring demeanour. This will manifest itself in the fact that when push comes to shove, Vardon Breysk will just as soon leave a struggling ally behind rather than put themselves in danger. While this may ensure his survival, it often leaves him as an outcast amongst his peers.

Vardon Breysk doesn't like to be known-of. He prefers if his name is never whispered allowed, let alone known by anyone outside of a very small and select group of individuals. He has spent a great deal of effort to ensure that his identity, his image, and his name are not recorded anywhere and he will go to great lengths to ensure that his name is never published. This is because in another life Vardon went by another name, one that had many enemies, and if they caught wind of his second wind things could become difficult for him.

Through a mixture of cocksure courage and arrogant swagger, Vardon Breysk will not back down from a challenge when called out, even if the wiser path is to walk away or let it go. Vardon Breysk's personality does tend to rub a lot of people the wrong way, which generally puts him into situations that escalate quickly to violence. While he may not be the one to always start a fight, he will always see it through to it’s conclusion. Some have tried to play a challenge off as idle banter, but when Vardon Breysk initiates or accepts a challenge, he does not hold back.

When Vardon Breysk gets in trouble, he finds no fault in bravely turning tail and getting the hell out of dodge. Obviously, this means that he tends to survive even the most deadly encounters... but the same can't always be said for his compatriots. This fact hasn't exactly made him the most popular among his peers, but hey, at least Vardon Breysk isn't dead yet.
