Ta'xi sees themself as the control subject in the science experiment called life. Often labeled as "boring" and "predictable", Ta'xi keeps their wild and experimental side reserved for pet projects. This boring lifestyle leads to them being considered anti-social and when they does join others, instead of relaxing they prefers to keep quiet and observe.
Ta'xi loves to play with computers and enjoys interacting with them more than they do with people. Some may call them antisocial - and they'd be right.
Ta'xi doesn't do anything without first having a plan, and is constantly overheard advising others to always “think through their exits”. Every movement they make—be it combative, manipulative or otherwise—is premeditated and thought out ahead of time. This foresight often places Ta'xi two steps ahead of their peers. However, when plans go awry, Ta'xi often has to first backtrack those same two steps to address the present, and that hesitation can often be line between success and failure in the heat of a situation.
Despite an aversion for physical confrontation, Ta'xi has a quick-witted and sharp sense of humour, and never passes up the opportunity to make a quip or jibe about their situation, or to taunt their enemies. While some find Ta'xi to be funny and likeable, others do not always respond so warmly, and occasionally Ta'xi will get themself into more trouble than they thought when someone takes a joke the wrong way.
When Ta'xi gets in trouble, they find no fault in bravely turning tail and getting the hell out of dodge. Obviously, this means that they tend to survive even the most deadly encounters... but the same can't always be said for their compatriots. This fact hasn't exactly made them the most popular among their peers, but hey, at least Ta'xi isn't dead yet.
Sometimes the only way to prepare for the worst is to always expect it. Ta'xi takes this philosophy one step further by never leaving home without accounting for every possible scenario they might expect to encounter. Ta'xi tends to always have the right tool or item for a situation and has a habit of quietly and almost smugly presenting solutions before anyone even recognizes there is a problem. This foresight is far from infallible, however, and they often find themself at a loss in situations that go beyond what they could have imagined. While incredibly practical and often a life-saver in a pinch, their perpetually pessimistic outlook on daily life can be a bit draining on more optimistic-inclined companions.
