While Elyon de Neverse will see a job through to its conclusion and put forward her best effort, it’s still just a job. Elyon de Neverse's true loyalties lie to her friends, and through thick and thin, she will stand by them and die for them if needed. This loyalty is reserved for those who have earned Elyon de Neverse's trust, putting her at odds with other Mercenaries that are only doing a job for the money. This also makes it harder for employers to trust her motives, often times creating extra competition and difficulty finding work. None of it matters to Elyon de Neverse, though, because loyalty to her friends is not something credits can buy.
Elyon spent her youth training under the Jedi Order’s healers, and is no stranger to the casualties of battle. Emerging through the fires of the Clone Wars and Order 66, she has dedicated her life to helping others. Never turning her back on the wounded or dying, she doesn’t flinch in the face of blood or maimed allies. Yet this diligence can give way to stubbornness, and Elyon’s determination to simply help others can blur the line between a difficult struggle and an impossible one.
Elyon de Neverse considers her work to be the most important aspect of her life. This borderline obsessions with the "job" leaves little room for any kind of personal or social life, making it difficult for Elyon de Neverse to relax and enjoy spending time with others. she excels in activities that relate to their work, but the idea of work-life balance is an altogether abstract concept.
Elyon de Neverse is very cheerful and happy, and always looks on the bright side of life. When chewing on life’s gristle, she doesn't grumble, but gives a whistle. She always hopes for the best, and enjoys laughing, smiling, dancing or singing. This unending optimism often improves the morale and spirit of everyone around her, and Elyon de Neverse is always quick with a smile or a joke, even when drawing her terminal breath. This same exuberance can also be tiring to more jaded curmudgeons.
Elyon de Neverse works hard to maintain an image of fierce tenacity despite being of a smaller stature. To that extent, Elyon de Neverse has learned to not take jabs about her stature offensively, but to instead burn them quietly as fuel for her inner spirit. The flame that is sparked as a result is controlled by Elyon de Neverse's discipline of never overestimating her own abilities or those of her opponents. She has trained to fully utilize her size as an advantage when fighting larger opponents. She knows exactly how to leverage her weight to deliver the most effective take downs or maneuvers. The effort to maintain this image can be draining at times, and when outmatched or overwhelmed, Elyon de Neverse becomes susceptible to a loss of spirit.
Through careful study and dedication to isolated martial-combat, Elyon de Neverse has turned the act of dueling into an art form. A keen eye and attention to detail allows her the ability to learn their opponent's idiosyncrasies while fighting. Elyon de Neverse then uses her own skills to capitalize on the opponent's weakness. Because of this calculated approach to isolated duels, Elyon de Neverse has a harder time taking on multiple opponents at once at higher skill levels.
