Marcus Nye always seems to underestimate the gravity of important situations or the difficulty of tasks by about a mile or ten.Marcus Nye is a bit of a slacker, never really thinking things all the way through - and it usually comes back to bite him in a wildly comedic way. However, he also tends to not be deterred from things that would often scare others away.

Marcus Nye is a master of fitting in and impersonation. There is scarcely a planet in the galaxy where he can't manage to find a way to fit in, be it throwing together a convincing imitation of local guard or pretending to be a regular local. Marcus Nye is so good at such that he may have seemingly lost all sense of personal style and flair, leaving him as always simply the imitator.

Killing has never been a problem for Marcus Nye; and he kind of enjoys it now, if he is honest. Killing's what Marcus Nye does, and he likes what he does.

While generally laid back and more than happy to offer a quip of sarcasm, Marcus Nye's entire demeanor changes once combat begins. He becomes focused and quiet, with his smile replaced with a look of grim determination.

Marcus Nye will never go into any situation head-on. Whether it be combat or just strolling down the street, he will stick to the shadows or cloak themselves in the Force. The less they are seen the better. If they cannot sneak up on someone, then Marcus Nye will not bother confronting them.

Marcus Nye wears out his opponents through use of the Force, agility, and evasion. Once he has sufficiently tired his foes through the Force, physical, or mental assault, he quickly tries to find a means of cleanly and swiftly dispatching them - usually resulting in a somewhat risky all-or-nothing attempt at a deathblow.
