Physical Description

Physical Appearance

Tonraq belongs to a sub-species of Cathar that has a very lion-like appearance with white fur from head to toe. His remaining natural eye on his right side is icy blue while his left eye is cybernetic prosthesis, held in place like an eyepatch to allow for field expedient removal or replacement. Two gold earrings adorn each of his ears. Tonraq's white mane is intricately braided into dreadlocks above his head and into a single braid below his mouth. He towers over most humanoids both in height and sheer bulk, showing a lifetime spent training for battle and enhancing his natural strength.

Attire

Tonraq wears a custom fit chest plate, crafted in the traditional Cathar style with two shoulder pauldrons. The armor and pauldrons are cobalt colored with red trim. The right pauldron is adorned with Rancor teeth from prior hunts. His greaves and bracers match the color scheme of the chest piece. Tonraq eschews gloves and boots, preferring the maneuverability of his natural feet and claw-like hands.

Personal Image

Cornered Beast (General Aspect)

Tonraq watched his Obelisk Order fall during the scourging of Temple Boyna and has since been relentlessly hunted by the Inquisition. Now an enemy of the Iron Throne he swore allegiance to, his back is to the wall. He has nothing left to lose but his life and his honor. The former Obelisk doesn’t care for Jedi or Clan Odan-Urr but begrudgingly accepts an alliance with them out of necessity and a chance to pay the Inquisition back in blood.

His "last stand" mentality and thirst for vengeance often places him at odds with his light path comrades.

Obelisk Primarch (General Aspect)

Tonraq is a veteran of the Brotherhood’s many wars, rising to the rank of Primarch within his former order. He is well versed in advanced Tactics and wholly dedicated to the art of war and front line combat. He still considers himself as an Obelisk warrior, and carries himself accordingly, in spite of the Order's destruction. Anyone who tries to dissuade him from his Obelisk identity quickly ends up on the Cathar's bad side.

Because of his decades of experience on the front lines Tonraq can often seem aloof or unphased by the horrors and brutality of war.

Blunt Instrument (Personality Aspect)

Proud, aggressive and unyielding, Tonraq has a way of getting what he wants with the subtlety of a battering ram. His aggression is tempered by his sense of honor which will cause him to yield to a respected leader. His iron will and decisive nature are seen as assets for a warrior leader, but can cause unnecessary hostility with allies and peers alike.

Heart of a Lion (Personality Aspect)

Tonraq is stubborn. His Resolve is unshakable; he will not back down from a challenge or a fight no matter how impossible the odds are.

The Primarch is a proud warrior in all things, respecting valor, strength and fortitude in individuals while shunning those who display cowardice, disloyalty or dishonor.

This causes him to take unnecessary risks, refuse to cut his losses and to often refuse potential allies he sees as untrustworthy.

Hear Me Roar (Combat Aspect)

When engaged in one on one combat Tonraq immediately unleashes his Rage through an onslaught of Djem So and Telekinetic strikes intended to quickly end an engagement. While these awesome displays of his fury are effective in small engagements they leave him vulnerable to counter-attack when his Rage is exhausted or his focus waivers.

Lead From the Front (Combat Aspect)

Tonraq has learned to target and focus his Rage-based feats of combat at the precise point of an engagement where it will make the most impact. The Primarch knows his greatest assets are the troops under his command and will personally lead them where he believes the fighting will be heaviest. He has been known to jump in and hold the line with Static Barrier to give his forces time to regroup. This hands on approach can distract from or limit his effectiveness as a leader of the overall battle.
