Through a combination of preparing, studying, and analyzing, Graesa Churrigh creates detailed battle plans and tries to think two steps ahead of the enemy. At times, however, this can lead to Graesa Churrigh creating complicated schemes that can baffle less intelligent subordinates.
Graesa Churrigh has a sick sense of humor, viewing the world through dark colored glass. He has a biting sense of black humor, often laughing at things that most people would find reprehensible or down right soul crushing. As a result, those that are not used to his brand of humor often find Graesa Churrigh downright unbearable or overly morbid. At the same time, his cynicism can be useful for seeing through the optimistic altruism of those he encounters.
While generally laid back and more than happy to offer a quip of sarcasm, Graesa Churrigh's entire demeanor changes once combat begins. He becomes focused and quiet, with his smile replaced with a look of grim determination.
Graesa Churrigh tells it like he sees it, when he thinks it; and he doesn't try to sugar coat what he says.
Through careful study and dedication to isolated martial-combat, Graesa Churrigh has turned the act of dueling into an art form. A keen eye and attention to detail allows him the ability to learn their opponent's idiosyncrasies while fighting. Graesa Churrigh then uses his own skills to capitalize on the opponent's weakness. Because of this calculated approach to isolated duels, Graesa Churrigh has a harder time taking on multiple opponents at once at higher skill levels.
Through a mixture of cocksure courage and arrogant swagger, Graesa Churrigh will not back down from a challenge when called out, even if the wiser path is to walk away or let it go. Graesa Churrigh's personality does tend to rub a lot of people the wrong way, which generally puts him into situations that escalate quickly to violence. While he may not be the one to always start a fight, he will always see it through to it’s conclusion. Some have tried to play a challenge off as idle banter, but when Graesa Churrigh initiates or accepts a challenge, he does not hold back.
