Koryn is a green skinned Rodian who stands at 1.68 metres tall, appearing short to the average human, but is relatively tall for his species. His eyes are a deep blue in colour and can see a much broader spectrum of light than a human. His antennae, which sit atop his head, are extremely sensitive to a wide frequency of sound, and can judge the approximate direction that a sound is coming from. Between his antennae, a ridge of flexible spines crests his skull. His left arm was severed many years prior, and he has since had an arm cloned from his body tissue and reattached. The skin is a slightly different shade of green to the rest of his body, but is nigh unnoticeable to all but other Rodians and the most observant. A small scar – roughly an inch long – sits on his upper lip curving up towards his left eye, which he received from a mark during his bounty hunting days. Sucker-tipped fingers allow Koryn to climb with much greater ease and up harsher terrain.
Koryn will usually be clad in his robes with his lightsaber clipped to his belt, or hidden inside a pocket within his right sleeve when the need for subterfuge is required. He will also carry at least one blaster pistol with him at all times as well as a knife for when a job requires stealth rather than a frontal assault. The majority of his robes are made from a resilient cloth, while his boots are made of durable leather.
When the words of men cannot be trusted, Koryn turns to his Dathomiri raven whose eyes see the truth behind false smiles and ulterior motives. Originally used as a tool to hone and train his skill of Beast Control, she now spies on enemy and ally alike for him and reports back, though the few who have heard the bird "speak" claim her words are a fabrication to justify Thraagus' actions to further his own agendas, or that perhaps an aura of Dathomiri magic haunts Koryn's mind.
Be it during a fight or life in general, moral compass means little to Koryn Thraagus. If you don’t want a person harmed, you had better specify. General terms mean nothing to him as Koryn Thraagus only deals in specifics. If the rules of a duel say you can’t shoot before the count of three? A grenade over the shoulder is fair game, then. Tell Koryn Thraagus to stop someone at all costs, well, you better not be concerned if they’re brought back dead or alive.
The Sith rely on their passions to give them strength. Koryn Thraagus thinks inwards, only of things that matter to him, and always does what is in his best interests. He feels nothing about hurting others, or exploiting opportunities, and believes himself to be special, and above all others.
Knowledge is power and Koryn understands that there are some things others should not know lest the consequences of their actions cause the Clan or House - or worse, himself — detriment. Koryn’s attitude extends to all around him, whether superior or subordinate, and he will withhold information if he feels he can benefit from or manipulate it to his advantage. Always mindful to choose his words, actions, and imparted information with care and tact, he subtly pushes the Clan in the directions he feels necessary. This can occasionally bring into question his true motives and even loyalties as well as cause others to regard him with dubiousness and suspicion.
Koryn Thraagus wears out his opponents through use of the Force, agility, and evasion. Once he has sufficiently tired his foes through the Force, physical, or mental assault, he quickly tries to find a means of cleanly and swiftly dispatching them - usually resulting in a somewhat risky all-or-nothing attempt at a deathblow.
Koryn Thraagus will never go into any situation head-on. Whether it be combat or just strolling down the street, he will stick to the shadows or cloak themselves in the Force. The less they are seen the better. If they cannot sneak up on someone, then Koryn Thraagus will not bother confronting them.
