Professional Kadne Jax
Kadne Jax is fairly short and thin with a mop of brown hair down to her neck. Her armor is a hodgepodge of various items she has acquired, mismatched and often inexpertly repaired several times. She has a round face and dark brown eyes. Kadne usually wears makeup to gently accentuate her facial features, but prefers a more subtle natural look. Her clothing is generally brown or black and tends towards being practical more than fashionable. When she's working she will carry a backpack or a large bag to accommodate any large items she may come across. Her jacket and armor usually have at least a few extra pockets and compartments for holding small, useful items. When she's out in public she usually tries to blend in by following the local fashion.
Kadne Jax is a master of the 'tricks of the trade' - the cheating and stealing trade, that is. With a certain propensity and natural talent for stealth and thievery, Kadne Jax is a professional when it comes to crimes, from minor to major. Sometimes it is as simple as a few more favorable cards in a hand to a set of sticky fingers to something as big as a heist. Either way, Kadne Jax knows her way around a job. However, everyone is bound to get caught eventually, and reputations have a way of finding a way to bite you in the rear. . . not to mention those looking to extract a little vengeance.
Kadne Jax serves her Clan loyally, but not out of a sense of duty. They have something on her, and the only way she can get out from under their grasp is to serve her time. She can be relied on to take on missions for the Clan, but if she is given the opportunity to make a clean getaway, she will gladly do it.
Despite an aversion for physical confrontation, Kadne Jax has a quick-witted and sharp sense of humour, and never passes up the opportunity to make a quip or jibe about her situation, or to taunt her enemies. While some find Kadne Jax to be funny and likeable, others do not always respond so warmly, and occasionally Kadne Jax will get herself into more trouble than she thought when someone takes a joke the wrong way.
Kadne Jax approaches every situation like an accountant, weighing the costs against the benefits. She is always looking for items to scavenge, credits to pilfer, and ways to avoid paying the check. While this often yields valuable goods she can fence, it also means she may abandon her mission if the reward isn't large enough and something better comes her way.
When Kadne Jax gets in trouble, she finds no fault in bravely turning tail and getting the hell out of dodge. Obviously, this means that she tends to survive even the most deadly encounters... but the same can't always be said for her compatriots. This fact hasn't exactly made her the most popular among her peers, but hey, at least Kadne Jax isn't dead yet.
Kadne Jax can not only take a hit, but she can take a dozen and still crack jokes at your expense. That's not to say it doesn't hurt, but she would never let you know you got to her. Her brave face has served her well most times, but it gets her into trouble whenever her enemies call her bluff and things go too far.
