While Orion Gale will see a job through to its conclusion and put forward his best effort, it’s still just a job. Orion Gale's true loyalties lie to his friends, and through thick and thin,he will stand by them and die for them if needed. This loyalty is reserved for those who have earned Orion Gale's trust, putting him at odds with other Mercenaries that are only doing a job for the money. This also makes it harder for employers to trust his motives, often times creating extra competition and difficulty finding work. None of it matters to Orion Gale, though, because loyalty to his friends is not something credits can buy.

Orion Gale is perfectly capable of fulfilling responsibilities and doing his duties. But goofing off and having fun will always have a heavy sway in his decision making. He sometimes ignores orders or finds ways to spend as much time avoiding an assignment as possible.

Orion Gale prefers to push the rules to the absolute limit. While he is unlikely to actually break rules or disobey orders, he toes the line between what is allowed and what isn't at every opportunity.

Orion Gale tells it like he sees it, when he thinks it; and he doesn't try to sugar coat what he says.

Through careful study and dedication to isolated martial-combat, Orion Gale has turned the act of dueling into an art form. A keen eye and attention to detail allows him the ability to learn their opponent's idiosyncrasies while fighting. Orion Gale then uses his own skills to capitalize on the opponent's weakness. Because of this calculated approach to isolated duels, Orion Gale has a harder time taking on multiple opponents at once at higher skill levels.

When it comes to a fight, some like to posture, some like to act tough, some like to dance around and go through all sorts of fancy footwork. Orion Gale? Orion Gale doesn't bother with exotic battle stances, intricate maneuvers, or super-secret tactics. Orion Gale, when cornered into a fight, prefers the ancient technique of a good kick to the nuts. And if that won't work, either because the enemy is a woman or has balls of steel, Orion Gale isn't beyond pulling a few more cheap tricks out of the bag. Granted, Orion Gale won't be winning any medals for nobility or any prestige for a unique fighting style or a superb maneuver, but Orion Gale will still be winning, the best and most dirty way he knows how.
