Howlader looks to be a rather average Human approaching his later years. Of average height and build, his once dark hair is now grey with streaks of white. He keeps his full head of hair short, tuffts overing his ears and there are no signs of balding despite his age. His attentive, black, and beady eyes bear crows feet that match the creases in his wide brow, and the faint wrinkles across his clean shaven skin and squared jaw.
Howlader Taldrya has not created any public loadouts yet.
Through a combination of preparing, studying, and analyzing, Howlader Taldrya creates detailed battle plans and tries to think two steps ahead of the enemy. At times, however, this can lead to Howlader Taldrya creating complicated schemes that can baffle less intelligent subordinates.
Howlader Taldrya always seems to underestimate the gravity of important situations or the difficulty of tasks by about a mile or ten.Howlader Taldrya is a bit of a slacker, never really thinking things all the way through - and it usually comes back to bite him in a wildly comedic way. However, he also tends to not be deterred from things that would often scare others away.
Howlader Taldrya is mesmerized by anything shiny and can easily spot shiny objects from a distance. This makes him good at finding things of importance or value, but he may also be distracted by pretty baubles.
Howlader Taldrya prefers to push the rules to the absolute limit. While he is unlikely to actually break rules or disobey orders, he toes the line between what is allowed and what isn't at every opportunity.
Decades of flying has left Howlader's brain a little loopy - but benefits have been derived from his touch of madness. Howlader has the ability to pilot any craft in new (never repeated) and death defying ways. While life saving, these piloting maneuvers tended to inflict short-term collateral (though not fatal) damage on his allies.
Howlader is so adept at the use of his customized Chancellor's approval stamps - labeled approve and deny - that he has turned wielding them into a martial art. Having been so awesome and judicious at the oppression of the Brotherhood's awards, he makes himself a whirling death-dealer of denied medals and collapsed skulls.
