Phebe possesses a cold and completely uncaring demeanour. This will manifest itself in the fact that when push comes to shove,Phebe will just as soon leave a struggling ally behind rather than put themselves in danger. While this may ensure her survival, it often leaves her as an outcast amongst her peers.
Phebe is extremely competitive and strives to become the best at every task she is given. The benefit of this cutthroat approach to life and work is that she will always give 100%, pushing herself to her physical or mental limits to overcome any task. However, Phebe’s overzealous ambition makes her insufferable to all but the most patient of companions, making it difficult to make friends while she either proves successful or utterly fails at being the best.
Phebe doesn't like to work in groups or teams and feels most comfortable on her own. Phebe sticks to herself, sets her own pace, and doesn't share feelings or emotions with others. While the Lone Wolf can get things done quietly and efficiently, she tends to be emotionally cut off and has problems relating to her comrades.
Despite her line of work, Phebe still sees herself as a refined gentleman and will often put on a show of being haughty and arrogant to those she does not know. Phebe only lets the mask slip to show her more laid back nature to those she trusts. To those she dislikes, she will actually become even more insufferable as taunts and quips without any regard for who or what she might be offending.
Phebe wears out her opponents through use of the Force, agility, and evasion. Once she has sufficiently tired her foes through the Force, physical, or mental assault, she quickly tries to find a means of cleanly and swiftly dispatching them - usually resulting in a somewhat risky all-or-nothing attempt at a deathblow.
Through careful study and dedication to isolated martial-combat, Phebe has turned the act of dueling into an art form. A keen eye and attention to detail allows her the ability to learn their opponent's idiosyncrasies while fighting. Phebe then uses her own skills to capitalize on the opponent's weakness. Because of this calculated approach to isolated duels, Phebe has a harder time taking on multiple opponents at once at higher skill levels.
