Saiy’incee’Pirsn "Yin"'s skills as a medic are not just limited to holo-books and lectures. She has read up and practiced a handful of experimental treatments while inventing a few home remedies of her own. This allows Saiy’incee’Pirsn "Yin" to work outside the box in less than ideal situations, and can lead to her solving mysteries other trained medics might struggle with. This, of course, comes with its own string of failures, as nothing is ever perfect. That, and some of the more established professionals in the field often doubt or question Saiy’incee’Pirsn "Yin"'s alternative practices. She typically brushes them off in favor of doing everything she can to help a patient, but does quietly seek recognition for accomplishments as a healer.

Saiy’incee’Pirsn "Yin" is a scientist through and through. This lends itself to every aspect of her life. Calculation is used for every decision that is made, from who to interact with and how, to what to eat for meals. This can come across to others as being cold and uncaring, but to Saiy’incee’Pirsn "Yin" it's all for the sake of her trust in the confines of science.

Saiy’incee’Pirsn "Yin" sees herself as the control subject in the science experiment called life. Often labeled as "boring" and "predictable", Yin keeps her wild and experimental side reserved for pet projects. This boring lifestyle leads to her being considered anti-social and when Yin does join others, instead of relaxing she prefers to keep quiet and observe.

Saiy’incee’Pirsn "Yin" has dedicated her life to science, and has focused her science on creating technology for the Collective. An understudy of Daggo Mouk, Yin believes in Rath Oligard's cause, but she also believes that her work will instrumental in helping to defeat the Brotherhood and its Force-users once and for all. Those that wield the Force are abominations to science, and she will not rest until they are removed from the Galaxy.

Saiy’incee’Pirsn "Yin", like most of her peers, has trained with a blaster though, just like any weapon, hates to use it. Instead, when forced to fight, Yin will use her surgical scalpels and anesthetics (poisons) to attempt to injure and incapacitate opponents. This requires her to get extremely close to her attackers and leaves her vulnerable to more maritally-inclined t fighters and ranged specialists.

Saiy’incee’Pirsn "Yin" is not one to rush into a fight. In fact, she will avoid one at all costs. Yin will attempt to outsmart and disarm an opponent using just her words, though she can often talk people out of a conflict many times people will see through her words.
