Despite whatever all his other characteristics may convey, Aden Karas retains the air of a person that is confident, if not arrogant. Minor (and often, major) things in his body language - his walk, his stance, his expressions - reveal these feelings. At times, it seems he borders upon narcissism, especially judging from how much he enjoys his own company.

Aden Karas is devoutly loyal to his House or Clan and will follow orders unquestionably. He would sacrifice his own life to protect his House or Clan from harm. This attitude, however, often clouds his ability to see things from an arbitrary or objective point of view and he can come off as extremely narrow-minded.

Aden Karas has a military background, and draws upon his experience to tackle the obstacles in his life. This makes him decisive, efficient, and fearless; provides him with a strong sense of duty and strength; which tends to influence his ability to fight and lead. However, a rigid mind is less compassionate towards individuals and less imaginative, and Aden Karas sometimes risks appearing callous, relatable, or incapable of compromising.

Aden Karas doesn't do anything without first having a plan, and is constantly overheard advising others to always “think through their exits”. Every movement he makes—be it combative, manipulative or otherwise—is premeditated and thought out ahead of time. This foresight often places Aden Karas two steps ahead of his peers. However, when plans go awry, Aden Karas often has to first backtrack those same two steps to address the present, and that hesitation can often be line between success and failure in the heat of a situation.

Aden Karas possesses a single minded drive for victory, and a deep-seated martyr complex. When presented with a chance to wade into battle versus overwhelming odds, Aden Karas does not hesitate, and instead rushes in, relying on skill, fate or chance to let him survive.

Without the gift of the Force, Aden Karas has trained rigorously with a wide range of melee weaponry and technology to better handle opponents that are able to harness the mythical power. Aden Karas has been conditioned to fight against foes that are Force-sensitive and are able to compensate against fighting an adversary wielding something as deadly as a lightsaber. While this adaptive combat training makes him lethal in close quarters combat against any kind of threat, they are still at the mercy of a long ranged fighter, assailant or Force user that prefers to attack the mind instead of the body.
