The Untethering
When Darth Pravus burned New Tython, he severed our Clan's connection to the Galaxy. The homeworld was what grounded us to the active, transient, turbulent life of the Universe. Without it, we have naught to protect, no urge to strive for peace within and without. We are now lost and wandering without aim, without anything by which to judge the rectitude of our actions.
But we should not permit the Sith to bind this day of Untethering in their hate. After all, "luminous beings are we, not this crude matter." The souls we have lost have merely dropped the fetters of this world, to fly to unity with the Force. We will grieve, but we will let New Tython go.

Name: The Harrowing of New Tython
Reason: The idea came from the Harrying (or Harrowing) of the North. Between 1069 and 1070 William the Conqueror led a fairly bloody campaign to bring the north of England under heel by looting, burning and slaughtering anyone in his way. I felt like it kind of matched what happened to New Tython.

The Treacherous Calamity
In the golden age of Odan-Urr, when we were starting to be accepted, such as becoming allied with Arcona, we were betrayed, and a cataclysmic calamity ('An event that brings terrible loss, lasting distress, or severe affliction'). This event was so horrendous and HUGE, that it isn't blamed on one man (Pravus), but it is blamed on the organisation that let him get away with it. Its date may be saved, but a time or day isn't tied to it, as it is all-affecting, and will continue to drive us forward.

Twilight of the Light - THis is a slippery slope for all Jedi. Pravus knows that to bring a Jedi to the Dark Side is a win. To have Jedi react with to a situation with anger and cause them to forget their ideals is still a win for the Dark.
Twilight does not mean the end of the Jedi, nor the light. Just a dimming until we can regain our footing and once again find our way.

The Beginning
Although this day is the end for many lives on New Tython. This day also freed us. We may now act as bringers of the Light and destroy the Sith. That day was just the beginning. This day may have also started something else, maybe this is the beginning of the Order slipping into darkness

I'm gonna go with "The Twilight Massacre". I was looking for something about darkness coming without just saying dark...whatever whatever, so I went with twilight. Twilight is a good metaphor for a transition from light to dark, which is what happened. Massacre also carries the proper weight of what happened at New Tython, it's wasn't simply loss of property or life, it was a total....well.....massacre. Relatively easy to say as well, not too wordy.

Carnage Prime.
The all or none day of Jedi elimination under GM Pravus's order, an overwhelming defeat of New Tython Light defenders. It was thought as the ultimate moment for the Iron Legion to wipe out all the defiance inside the Dark Jedi Brotherhood previously resided in planet New Tython.

The Sacking of New Tython
I chose the name based on the fact that in the fiction the Grand Master is not there to just kill one group of individuals he is planning to raise the planet and shake it at its core. not unlike Darth Malgus and the Sacking of Coruscant.
