You are a tactician of the First Order planning the Attack on Maz Kinata's Palace (Battle on Takodana)

This is part of a training event to help the clan understand what is required in a battleplan event. The first part contains everything up to the strategy. You will describe the situation. Detail what forces are available to you. What is known about the enemy's strength? How long do you have before they arrive? Describe what is known about the landscape. What are your primary objectives? This should be written in an in universe style, and NO SHORTER THAN 500 WORDS.

The actual strategy and images will be in separate competitions, hosted later.
