*Our performance during OPERATION: FIRESTORM was exemplary. Excellent work, Shar Dakhan. We cannot celebrate too early though. Our war with the Dominion is far from over. With our strike upon Agua'tah, we have pushed them back, but we need to prepare for a possible counter-attack.

As iron sharpens iron, so we want to sharpen our members against each other. Your Quaestor and Aedile will be splitting volunteers into teams. One team will stage a mock attack against the other team in order to test our ability to stand against an attack. We will prepare in case of retaliation. To arms, Dakhani!*

Following the recent campaign against the Dominion threat, concerns have been brought forth by the House Summit. After our strike, we cannot allow ourselves to fall complacent. A cornered animal is known to fight back. As such, the Quaestor and Aedile want to prepare House Shar Dakhan for the possibility of a counter-offensive. Together, they are initiating what is being called Operation: Homeland.

Over the next few weeks, two teams will be operating under a wargames simulation. Team Alpha will simulate an attacking force on Sepros, with Team Bravo defending the Lion's Tooth. We believe that our House is more capable than anything the Dominion can throw at us, so competing against our own members should leave us more than ready for an possible future attacks by Dominion forces.

This is the parent competition for the event "Operation: Homeland." This event will run from April 9th through April 30thand will consist of a number of sub-competitions.

Judging for the parent competition will be based on the following scoring metrics:

1st: 30 points 2nd: 20 points 3rd: 15 points 4th: 10 points 5th: 5 points

The overall individual winner will be determined by whomever individually accumulates the most points at the end of the event. Teams will be chosen from interested party by the House Summit.
