The winner will have the name they came up used for the military training facility.

As the newest and most advanced military training facility in our possession, it should be named after Lord Naga Sadow. Naga Sadow was one of the most influential Sith Lords in the history of the galaxy and, as the most influential clan and influential militaries in the Dark Jedi Brotherhood, out new military installation should be named after the Sith Lord and our clan!

Name: Tacta Institute

Tacta comes from "Tactical" because it isn't enough for the Sadowan military to learn strategy, combat, flight, etc. They must be trained in all levels of tactical thought and planning, to best utilize their strength, combat techniques, etc. Thus, the military training facility will be a location to learn the art of war, and not just the mechanics of it.
