Now that we have a base selected on Arconae Secundus, we need to begin filling it out with NPCs that we will interact with on a regular basis in fiction competitions, both in the base itself and on field missions that we undertake.

This competition will be undertaken via a fresh email thread with the subject title: "Recruiting NPCs for the Tal'mahe'Ra!" Everyone can participate by tossing their ideas into the thread, NPC history, background suggestions, physical characteristics, etc, and both Tamashi and Zakath will create dossier profiles that will be put onto the Tal'mahe'Ra wiki article and sub-articles.

Grading will be conducted by the Battleteam Leader and will be determined by how much material is used in the final product, and the amount of input from the Battleteam members.
