It was in the dark of night that the Satele Shan fleet jettisoned their drop pods from orbit upon Solyiat. At the Hoth base Jedi and soldiers alike gazed upon the descending streaks of fire which filled the sky. There were too many to count, too many to calculate where each would land. The Satele members and their advanced JTF strike force secured within, braced for impact as the ground sped quickly toward them.

• Objective:

House Hoth: Hostile forces have touched down upon Solyiat in a mock invasion. Write a fiction of no less than 500 words as to how the events unfold in the defense of the planet. Your retelling can be either the initial space invasion or the defense against the ground forces.

House Satele Shan: Your Quaestor has crammed you into a drop pod and jettisoned you out an airlock onto a hostile planet. Your mission is to claim the House Hoth base. In no less than 500 words write a fiction detailing the events surrounding the invasion of Solyiat. Your retelling can be either the initial space invasion or the ground assault.
