Objective: Survive the Arena!

Your eyes sting with the invasion of the mid-summer sun, as you are prodded and forced up the ramp. Blood trickles through your toes as sand sticks to your soles, you hear roar of chants. The gatehouse in front of you opens, and the fullest of sunshine blinds you. Once your vision comes to, you realise you are standing in a monolithic colosseum, as the crowd chants your name. You feel a tug on your wrist, and notice that another DJB member is stuck to you. Then the games begin!

In a minimum of 250 words, tell the story of your character and anyone else from DJB surviving or dying in this barbaric set of games.
