Competition: A Lyrical Encounter

You stand at the edge of attaining all your desires, but one thing stands between you and ultimate victory. Well, one being. Your greatest of rivals is ready to face off with you at long last, but something is wrong. You feel... compelled... when you speak you find yourself unable to use anything but the lyrics of your favorite songs. Yet you can't stop. You won't stop. Not when you're so close.

How to submit

Write a fiction at least 500 words in length. No maximum. Include a list of songs used at the end of your fiction. Preferred submission format is pdf. Anything in a GoogleDoc must be exported as a pdf for submission.

How it will be graded

Grading will be based on the Fiction Rubric.
