This is a Geonosian Sonic Pulse Javelin Launcher Mk 1. In a style similar to a portable missile launcher, the Geonosian SPJL-1 is a shoulder-mounted apparatus designed to launch a javelin-type projectile with a sonic pulse emitter and low-strength explosive payload (approximately twice the strength of a fragmentation grenade). The javelin launches from the apparatus, unfolding four, equally-spaced, bladed fins for guidance and anchoring. Primarily designed to impact into the ground, the attached sonic pulse emitter creates a repeating sonic pulse with limited charges for anti-infantry warfare. When the emitter is depleted of power, the deactivation will detonate the explosive payload. Alternatively, the weapon can be fired to detonate on impact with enemy troops or armor, releasing a singular, fully-powered sonic pulse with it's payload detonation. The launcher itself is designed to alternate between shoulder-fire and mortar-launching positions using collapsible legs mounted just behind the shoulder.

They set these up within the tunnels allowing movement by their kind but preventing other beings from getting close.

I imagined the concept of this weapon was that it would fire blaster-type shots, but the shots would be persistent instead of instantly disappearing upon hitting something. The shots would stick in your body and like.. fizzle or spark, continuing to generate pain in the victim. I imagined the weapon would be called Stinger.

Geonosian Mortar

This weapon is a Geonosian Shield that utilizes a small plasma generator to shoot plasma bolts at short distances. This allows their defense to be offensive.

Eighty-two percent of Aliso comprises of its oceans. This made Aliso a prime location for the advancement and development of sea based weapons. The very first of these weapons were used in battles such as the Invasion of Mon Cala during the Clone Wars, but the development that followed was focused on enlarging weapon systems to launch powerful assaults into aero and space based warships while used the voluminous mass of the seas as a cloak and a shield.

After the Clone Wars, the researched into sea based platforms never ended. In the nearly sixty years, Genosian scientists have tested and perfected a very powerful and quick platform built to destroy Republic cruisers in orbit and to protect CIS planets. The Kraken, based off of ancient myths from numerous number of Republic civilization, prowls the seas of Aliso, waiting for the day it will be needed to terrorize the enemy and assert its dominance in the seas and the space overhead.
