Okay, so the first cipher was a little hard... okay a lot hard, so lets try again. We'll start off with an easier one. After you finish deciphering the quote, you have to figure out who the famous or infamous writer is.

All judging will be done based on fastest time and correct answer. Whom ever deciphers the quote and match's it with the famous person who wrote it in the fastest time possible wins! In the event of a tie, fastest submission time wins.
