The Forbidden Fruits Zeltron Cookie Co. has all of its products lined up and ready to sell, but there’s something missing… Labels! Advertising! The company needs help in creating attractive, eye-catching containers for these products:
- Chemical Romance - pheromone-laced cookies, for when flowers and wine just aren’t doing the trick
- Double Liver Blitz - Rum-punch cookies that have an 8% by volume alcohol content.
- Master Lo-Phat Jedi Cookies - Half the calories and with a Light but delicious Force of flavor.
- Binks Delights - So tasty, you'll doubt how Light they really are. Sold in jars.
- Double-Chocolate Darksiders - Because we’re equal-opportunity bakers.
Grading
- Create an original image that can be placed on one of the above listed products’ containers. The image may be of your label on the box/jar/etc., or it may be the standalone artwork.
- All entries may use any combination of digital (GIMP, Photoshop, etc.) and/or traditional mediums (pencil, pen, paints, etc.). Photographs of framed or pre-existing artwork will not be accepted.
- All entries will be graded according to the Graphics Grading Rubric, with the following alteration: Personal Artistic Preference will be graded on a 15% scale and will include entertainment value of the label; Technique will be graded at 30% to account for the change.
- The top three placements will be awarded Second Level Crescents.
- All valid entries will be awarded a Cluster of Graphite.
