With the upcoming war, some of us have to say goodbye to loved ones before we take to the fields of conflict. In no less than 500 words I wish you to draft a short story centred around your characters final preparations for the upcoming Great Jedi War. Perhaps you go on one last humorous bender with your squadron pals, perhaps you visit the grave of a deceased comrade or take your loving spouse for a walk along the beach. Whatever it is put it into words.

Please note this will be graded using the voice fiction rubric. Alt characters may be used and please keep it as PG13 as possible unless hiding your entry.
