After the destruction of Antei, the Dark Brotherhood and its ruling body — the Dark Council — have not had a home system to call their own. With turmoil between the Grand Master and his Inquisitorius, and the emerging resistance known as the Lotus, plans for a new home for the Brotherhood were developed mostly in secret.

Today, the Grand Master has revealed the Arx System to the loyal members of the Dark Brotherhood.

As we continue to grow and push forward as an online fan club, having a home we can call our own and develop stories to build upon is important. With the creation of these articles comes a plethora of possibilities.

But first, the article needs some love from the artists of the Dark Jedi Brotherhood. The DJB features an amazing group of talented artists from all across the globe. Each has different styles and backgrounds, but both the Herald and Voice believe that the key to creating artwork for our new home lies in the hands and hearts of the members.

The following set of competitions are designed to encourage members to create original artwork for an official Dark Brotherhood article. While the competitions herein are set to award Crescents and Clusters of Graphite, any entry is eligible to become a part of the Wiki article!

The sub-competitions are broken up into four parts. The first three parts focus on one of the three continents that make up planet Arx. The fourth part is an open prompt that lets you pick any landmark in the Arx System (including the planet or its satellite) to create artwork for. See each sub-competition for more details!

Rules and Grading:

These apply for all sub-competitions.

• Entries can be either digitally crafted or traditionally drawn.
• Members can submit one (1) entry per sub-competition.
• Members can submit to as many or as few sub-competitions as they wish.
• Entries must be submitted as .jpg or .png

• Entries will be graded using the Official DB Graphics Rubric

  Scoring

• In each sub-competition, placements 1-5 will award points.

• 1st Place - 5 points

• Second Place - 3 points

• Third Place - 2 points

• Fourth Place - 1 point

• Fifth Place - 1 point

• While all entries are eligible for inclusion on the Wiki articles, final additions to the article will come at the discretion of the Herald and Voice to help maintain a standard of quality.

• The member with the most amount of points will get to name the Great Lake that sits at the heart of Elos Vrai.
