I have been sadly alerted by the Liberation front of the untimely passing of your son, Byak Neelo on the field of battle on Nancora. I knew your son well, and am humbled by his sacrifice. Perhaps some measure of comfort may come from the knowing that he died in the service of a cause he deeply felt, and in the promise of a peaceful galaxy.

I truly believe that his devotion, to the exclusivity of even his own life, will precipitate the dawn of that glorious future that we have all yearned for, free from the yoke of oppressive masters and hypocritical monastic orders. I truly hope that I stand as strong as Byak did when and if my time also comes.

I understand the sense of loss that you must feel, the weakness of spirit, the desperation that is taking root in your heart. I also know that any of my words will not give you solace or attempt to distract you from that pain. Yet still, I reach out to you and offer my deepest felt condolences and the gratitude of our Collective. I hope that in time your anguish will subside, leaving but the fond memories of the loved, as well as the solemn pride that is yours for having laid such a heavy sacrifice on the promise of a brighter future for us all.
