Decryption

SRI Field Agents have intercepted a list of alloys, gases, fuels, elements and other rare materials that are currently in the possession of forces still loyal to Kagu Shi. SRI analysts are already working overtime decrypting active transmissions in an attempt to locate more of Shi former facilities and personnel. Using your own analytical skills, decrypt the list of supplies so that we can see just what rare materials Shi’s crumbling syndicate may be protecting.
