Scenario: With the transfer of the Shipwrights' Guild to direct control under the Vatali Empress, the balance of power on Daleem has wildly been thrown off kilter. The remaining powerful guilds, now confronted by competition for resources, funding, and manpower have cut off diplomatic relations with the Vatali Empire at large. While not openly rising in rebellion, the planet is now a powder keg.

The few Imperial forces on Daleem are woefully unprepared for contesting the hegemony of the planet. The Vatali are stuck in a harsh dilemma. If the Empire sends forces from Kiast it may allow the great noble families to move against the Empress while her forces are waging war far afield.

Faced with these challenges, House Satele Shan has been tasked with attending a summit between the Empire and the guilds of Daleem. Does the Vatali Empire finally take direct control over Daleem or back away from the brink? Does Satele Shan act as mediators or as peacekeepers using brute strength to maintain order and avoid bloodshed?

This is the third event in House Satele Shan where events will affect the house history after it ends. This event will span 2 weeks and will contain many different competition types, with one start and end date. After this phase is completed there will be another later event to close out this arc.

Scoring: Each competition will award points for participation, and for placing in the top 5. These points will be totaled, with the top point earners receiving crescents in this parent competition. Winning submissions will also be worked into the closing fiction, and part of the official lore of the event for the House Satele Shan history.

Each competition participated in will award 1 point. Additional points will be awarded for the top 5 submissions of each competition. These are:

• 1st - 6 points
• 2nd - 5 points
• 3rd - 4 points
• 4th - 3 points
• 5th - 2 points

In the event of a tie for points, it will go to the individual who participated in more competitions.
