The run-on continues. Same rules as before:

In order to win a medal, you have to make at least 3 posts of quality length (min. 1 page MS Word, 12 pt font).

Because this is a continuance, as I misjudged how the first time around it would work.

Those people who placed the first time around are still eligible to win, but their post counts are set at zero. They'll have to make at least 3 more posts. Those who did not place before will have previous posts counted.
