This flash game can only be reached in the Chrome browser when there is no internet connectivity.

There are two methods to reach the game.

First is to disconnect from the internet then navigate to Google’s home page.

Second is to navigate to Google's home page then open the developers tools by pressing f12 or clicking on the 3 vertical dots in top Right of screen, then selecting more tools, then clicking on developers tools. This will open a console in the tab. Select network tab in the console, then click the box next to Offline and refresh the page. As shown HERE
