The Collective have planned something big. You have managed to intercept a secret coded message. Where it was supposed to go, you do not know. As you look down at the paper upon which the code is scribbled on, you realize that time is of the essence!

Surprise! It's time for a puzzle! Upon subscribing you will be given the code, the key and it will start the timer.

Don't subscribe unless you have some time to decipher the code! This will be very difficult to decode.

The top three members who provide the correct answer within the fastest amount of time will earn crescents. In the unlikely event of a tie, the first person who submitted will win.

Please do not share the code or the answer with anyone.

Try to refrain from using the internet to solve the puzzle for you, you won't find the solution fast enough online ;)

Members who do this will be disqualified from the competition. The case will be brought to the Chamber of Justice where they will discuss if further action is necessary.
