Sometimes, it’s the preparation before the mission that makes all the difference. What does your character to to prepare? Do they spend the time methodically checking and cleaning their weapons and armor? Do they meditate? Do they get drunk? Do they psyche themselves up with thoughts of victory, or make plans in case of defeat?

Write a fiction detailing what your character does in the final hours before the mission to steal the ship. The fiction should be a minimum of 500 words, with no maximum, and should be in .doc or .pdf format. The entries will be graded using the Voice Fiction Rubric. All entries will receive Clusters of Ice, and the top three placements will received Fourth Level Crescents.

Additionally, each entry will receive 1 participation point toward the container competition, and the top three placements will received additional bonus points, as follows:

• 1st place: 2 participation points
• 2nd place: 1 participation point
• 3rd place: 0.5 participation point
