"ACC's Bar Room Brawl"

Unlimited number of fighters (Seeker and above) involved in a Free For All battle hosted by the Combat Master. Please see the 'deathmatch' section of the ACC Rules and Guidance (http://www.darkjedibrotherhood.com/dbjedi/acc/rules.asp). Each combatant is limited to two weapons a piece, which includes two weapons of the same 'type' - meaning: dual sabres = 2 weapons. Guidance concerning skill with weapons will be adhered to - so don't select a weapon you have no skill in. There is no DB rank cap on this battle which means that anyone can apply, but there will be 'capped' Force powers based on the average rank of the combatants.

Minimum number to begin will be six fighters. That is, after the 'signup' time, if there aren't at least six, the battle just won't happen. Training lightsabres will be available to those combatants who wish to have them, as long as they request them. The Rite of Exaltation will not be available to anyone.

If you wish to participate, email the Combat Master with your ID line, PIN and the two weapons you are requesting to use. You will get a reply from the CM letting you know the mail was received. If you do not get a reply within 48hrs of sending your mail, notify the Combat Master again. Signups will run from the 25th of January (Wednesday) to the 1st of February (Wednesday) with the overall competition length being based on the battle's progress.

Finally, the purpose of this battle will be for 'entertainment'. It has the potential to run for a very long time, so the mood 'may' be lighthearted (not as bonkers as a Jester's Keep battle) if writers feel the need to write that way.

Please note the duration of the competition. There is no way to tell how long this will run - so, this competition request has only addressed the 'signup' period with a few extra days. The competition itself (i.e. the battle) will last beyond that.

Awards

Awards will be based on the number of participants but will maintain the standard 2nd Level Crescents and Clusters of Fires commensurate with a competition of this scale. The Combat Master reserves the right to award ACC Armory weapons should the scale of the competition be worthy. In addition, dependant on the number of participants, the overall winner "may" be awarded a merit medal not to exceed the Steel Cross which may widen the scope of awards to the top 4 instead of the top 3.
