With the majority of the fighting happening in Seng Karash, Kel Rasha has been left largely untouched by the Collective, who have been using the facilities there to garner support (and credits) from those wealthy elites who use the facilities there. Tasked with reconnaissance, the House needs your aid.

Create an image of Kel Rasha, the largest port on Aeotheran.

Grading

Entries will be judged on quality of artwork and technique, with the top placing artwork being used for the official wikipedia article for the location. Formats: .png, .jpg., .gif. Grading to be done using the Dark Brotherhood Graphics Rubric v.2.0.

Here is my submission for the skyline of Seng Karash. I read the description from the Wiki page and I went on to shutterstock and I used a photo that I felt closely resemble the Port of Seng Karash. This one is actually the scenic ports in Fiji. I took the stock photo and I oil brushed it and adjusted my sliders in Photoshop & Lightroom and adjusted the sliders towards HDR filter and the High Pass Filter several times. I added in 10 color adjustment layers as well the lens flare, moons and Lambda Class shuttles.

This is how the Collective reaps its spoils of war from the Brotherhood. They have lavished themselves within our port city and exploited all of it resources.
